As people of colour, our experience is quite different from others. In a normal setting and using the word, mentoring or mentors; Africans have been without documenting sources to guide each other for growth and personal development, especially in the field of trade and business; Mentoring offers numerous advantages for a mentee, providing invaluable support and guidance throughout their personal and professional development.
